HEB: וַיְהִ֖י בְּעֵ֣ת לִדְתָּ֑הּ וְהִנֵּ֥ה תְאוֹמִ֖ים
NAS: about at the time she was giving birth, that behold,
KJV: And it came to pass in the time of her travail, that, behold, twins
