Isaiah 32:19
HEB: הַיָּ֑עַר וּבַשִּׁפְלָ֖ה תִּשְׁפַּ֥ל הָעִֽיר׃
NAS: And the city will be utterly laid low.
KJV: and the city shall be low in a low place.
