| 2as seguintes leis para todos os israelitas: “Se alguém quiser cumprir um voto a Yahweh, dedicando-lhe um ser humano, faça-o de acordo com o devido valor. | 2Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Quando alguém fizer ao Senhor um voto especial que envolve pessoas, o voto será cumprido segundo a tua avaliação das pessoas. | 2Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation. |
| 3Sendo assim, o valor de um homem entre vinte e sessenta anos corresponderá a cinquenta barras de prata, | 3Se for de um homem, desde a idade de vinte até sessenta anos, a tua avaliação será de cinqüenta siclos de prata, segundo o siclo do santuário. | 3And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary. |
| 4e as mulheres dessa mesma faixa etária pagarão trinta barras de prata. | 4Se for mulher, a tua avaliação será de trinta siclos. | 4And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels. |
| 5Os jovens de cinco a vinte anos de idade pagarão vinte barras de prata, e as jovens pagarão dez. | 5Se for de cinco anos até vinte, a tua avaliação do homem será de vinte siclos, e da mulher dez siclos. | 5And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels. |
| 6Se for uma pessoa que tenha entre um mês e cinco anos de idade, atribua-se aos meninos o valor de sessenta gramas de prata e as meninas pagarão trinta e seis gramas de prata. | 6Se for de um mês até cinco anos, a tua avaliação do homem será de cinco siclos de prata, e da mulher três siclos de prata. | 6And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver. |
| 7Se for alguém de sessenta anos para cima, atribua-se aos homens o valor de quinze barras de prata, e às mulheres o valor correspondente a dez barras de prata. | 7Se for de sessenta anos para cima, a tua avaliação do homem será de quinze siclos, e da mulher dez siclos. | 7And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels. |
| 8Se a pessoa for pobre e não puder pagar a quantia estipulada, ela deverá argumentar com o sacerdote, e ele fará a avaliação, que será conforme as posses da pessoa que fez o voto. | 8Mas, se for mais pobre do que a tua avaliação, será apresentado perante o sacerdote, que o avaliará conforme as posses daquele que tiver feito o voto. | 8But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him. |
| 9Em se tratando de animais, daqueles que se oferecem a Yahweh, todo animal que se oferece ao SENHOR será considerado sagrado. | 9Se for animal dos que se oferecem em oferta ao Senhor, tudo quanto der dele ao Senhor será santo. | 9And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy. |
| 10Não poderá ser trocado nem substituído, quer seja o bom pelo mau, quer o mau pelo bom. Caso se substitua um animal por outro, tanto o primeiro como o segundo serão santos. | 10Não o mudará, nem o trocará, bom por mau, ou mau por bom; mas se de qualquer maneira trocar animal por animal, tanto um como o outro será santo. | 10He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy. |
| 11Em relação aos animais impuros que são proibidos como oferta ao SENHOR, qualquer que seja, será conduzido ao sacerdote | 11Se for algum animal imundo, dos que não se oferecem em oferta ao Senhor, apresentará o animal diante do sacerdote; | 11And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest: |
| 12e este fará a devida avaliação do animal, declarando-o bom ou mau; e de acordo com a avaliação, tal será seu preço. | 12e o sacerdote o avaliará, seja bom ou seja mau; segundo tu, sacerdote, o avaliares, assim será. | 12And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be. |
| 13No entanto, no caso de se desejar resgatá-lo, será acrescentando à avaliação mais um quinto do seu valor. | 13Mas, se o homem, com efeito, quiser remi-lo, acrescentará a quinta parte sobre a tua avaliação. | 13But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation. |
| 14Se alguém consagrar sua casa a Yahweh, o sacerdote fará a avaliação dela, se é de alto ou de baixo preço. Segundo a avaliação do sacerdote, tal será seu preço; | 14Quando alguém santificar a sua casa para ser santa ao Senhor, o sacerdote a avaliará, seja boa ou seja má; como o sacerdote a avaliar, assim será. | 14And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand. |
| 15contudo, se o homem que fez voto da casa desejar resgatá-la, acrescentará à avaliação um quinto do seu preço e ela será dele. | 15Mas, se aquele que a tiver santificado quiser remir a sua casa, então acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro sobre a tua avaliação, e terá a casa. | 15And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his. |
| 16Se um homem consagrar a Yahweh parte das terras de sua família, a avaliação deverá ser feita de acordo com seu produto, na proporção de seiscentos gramas de prata para cada barril de semente cevada. | 16Se alguém santificar ao Senhor uma parte do campo da sua possessão, então a tua avaliação será segundo a sua sementeira: um terreno que leva um hômer de semente de cevada será avaliado em cinqüenta siclos de prata. | 16And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver. |
| 17Se dedicar sua lavoura a Deus no Ano do Jubileu, permanecerá essa avaliação; | 17Se ele santificar o seu campo a partir do ano do jubileu, conforme a tua avaliação ficará. | 17If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand. |
| 18porém, se a consagrar depois do Jubileu, o sacerdote calculará o preço da propriedade de acordo com os anos que ainda restam para chegar o próximo ano da libertação, o Jubileu, e o preço avaliado será proporcionalmente reduzido. | 18Mas se santificar o seu campo depois do ano do jubileu, o sacerdote lhe calculará o dinheiro conforme os anos que restam até o ano do jubileu, e assim será feita a tua avaliação. | 18But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation. |
| 19Se o homem que consagrar sua terra desejar resgatá-la, terá de acrescentar um quinto ao preço avaliado, e o terreno voltará a ser seu. | 19Se aquele que tiver santificado o campo, com efeito, quiser remi-lo, acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro da tua avaliação, e lhe ficará assegurado o campo. | 19And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him. |
| 20Todavia, se não resgatar sua terra, ou se a tiver vendido, seu resgate será proibido; | 20Se não o quiser remir, ou se houver vendido o campo a outrem, nunca mais poderá ser remido. | 20And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more. |
| 21quando a terra for liberada no Jubileu, será sagrada, dedicada ao SENHOR, e se tornará propriedade do sacerdote e de sua descendência. | 21Mas o campo, quando sair livre no ano do jubileu, será santo ao Senhor, como campo consagrado; a possessão dele será do sacerdote. | 21But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's. |
| 22Se alguém consagrar a Yahweh um campo que adquiriu, mas que não faz parte do patrimônio de seus familiares, | 22Se alguém santificar ao Senhor um campo que tiver comprado, o qual não for parte do campo da sua possessão, | 22And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession; |
| 23o sacerdote calculará o preço do campo de acordo com o tempo que ainda resta até o ano do jubileu, e aquele que o consagrou pagará a importância no mesmo dia, como propriedade dedicada ao SENHOR. | 23o sacerdote lhe contará o valor da tua avaliação até o ano do jubileu; e no mesmo dia dará a tua avaliação, como coisa santa ao Senhor. | 23Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD. |
| 24No ano do Jubileu, o campo retornará ao que o vendeu, àquele que tem a posse do terreno por herança. | 24No ano do jubileu o campo tornará àquele de quem tiver sido comprado, isto é, àquele a quem pertencer a possessão do campo. | 24In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong. |
| 25Todos os valores serão calculados de acordo com o siclo da santidade, na base de vinte guerás o siclo ou doze gramas, o peso padrão do santuário. | 25Ora, toda tua avaliação se fará conforme o siclo do santuário; o siclo será de vinte jeiras. | 25And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel. |
| 26Ninguém poderá consagrar o primogênito de um animal, visto que já pertence a Yahweh; quer seja cria de vaca, de cabra ou de ovelha; toda primeira cria pertence ao SENHOR. | 26Contudo o primogênito dum animal, que por ser primogênito já pertence ao senhor, ninguém o santificará; seja boi ou gado miúdo, pertence ao Senhor. | 26Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD'S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD'S. |
| 27Todavia, se for de um animal considerado impuro, poder-se-á resgatá-lo pelo preço da avaliação, acrescido de um quinto do seu valor; se não for resgatado, será vendido pelo preço da avaliação. | 27Mas se o primogênito for dum animal imundo, remir-se-á segundo a tua avaliação, e a esta se acrescentará a quinta parte; e se não for remido, será vendido segundo a tua avaliação. | 27And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation. |
| 28Contudo, nada do que uma pessoa consagra a Yahweh, seja ser humano, seja animal, sejam terras de sua propriedade, poderá ser vendido ou resgatado; tudo o que for dessa forma dedicado ao SENHOR é considerado santíssimo! | 28Todavia, nenhuma coisa consagrada ao Senhor por alguém, daquilo que possui, seja homem, ou animal, ou campo da sua possessão, será vendida nem será remida; toda coisa consagrada será santíssima ao Senhor. | 28Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD. |
| 29Nenhum ser humano devotado ao anátema e à destruição poderá ser resgatado; terá de ser executado. | 29Nenhuma pessoa que dentre os homens for devotada será resgatada; certamente será morta. | 29None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death. |
| 30Todos os dízimos da terra, tanto dos produtos das lavouras como dos frutos das árvores, pertencem ao SENHOR; são, portanto, dedicados a Yahweh. | 30Também todos os dízimos da terra, quer dos cereais, quer do fruto das árvores, pertencem ao senhor; santos são ao Senhor. | 30And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S: it is holy unto the LORD. |
| 31Se alguém quiser resgatar uma parte do seu dízimo, deverá pagar o preço avaliado, mais um quinto desse valor. | 31Se alguém quiser remir uma parte dos seus dízimos, acrescentar-lhe-á a quinta parte. | 31And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof. |
| 32Quanto ao dízimo de seus rebanhos, um de cada dez animais que passem debaixo da vara do pastor será dedicado ao SENHOR. | 32Quanto a todo dízimo do gado e do rebanho, de tudo o que passar debaixo da vara, esse dízimo será santo ao Senhor. | 32And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD. |
| 33O proprietário não poderá separar os bons dentre os ruins, nem fazer qualquer substituição. Se fizer alguma troca, tanto o animal separado quanto seu substituto se tornarão consagrados e não poderão ser resgatados”. | 33Não se examinará se é bom ou mau, nem se trocará; mas se, com efeito, se trocar, tanto um como o outro será santo; não serão remidos. | 33He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed. |
| 34São esses os mandamentos que Yahweh ordenou a Moisés, no monte Sinai, para todos os filhos de Israel. | 34são esses os mandamentos que o Senhor ordenou a Moisés, para os filhos de Israel, no monte Sinai. | 34These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai. |
