| 11Porque a seus anjos Ele dará ordens a teu respeito, para que te guardem em todos os teus caminhos; | 11Porque aos seus anjos dará ordem a teu respeito, para te guardarem em todos os teus caminhos. | 11For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. |
| 12com as mãos eles te susterão, para que jamais tropeces em alguma pedra. | 12Eles te susterão nas suas mãos, para que não tropeces em alguma pedra. | 12They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. |
| 13Poderás pisar sobre o leão e a víbora; pisotearás o leão forte e a serpente mais vil. | 13Pisarás o leão e a áspide; calcarás aos pés o filho do leão e a serpente. | 13Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. |
| 14“Porquanto ele me ama, Eu o resgatarei; Eu o protegerei, pois este conhece o meu Nome. | 14Pois que tanto me amou, eu o livrarei; pô-lo-ei num alto retiro, porque ele conhece o meu nome. | 14Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. |
| 15Sempre que chamar pelo meu Nome hei de responder-lhe; estarei sempre com ele; nos momentos mais difíceis, quando enfrentar tribulações, Eu o resgatarei e farei que seja devidamente honrado. | 15Quando ele me invocar, eu lhe responderei; estarei com ele na angústia, livrá-lo-ei, e o honrarei. | 15He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. |
| 16Eu o contemplarei com vida longa e lhe revelarei a minha Salvação”, assim disse o Eterno! | 16Com longura de dias fartá-lo-ei, e lhe mostrarei a minha salvação. | 16With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. |
